Julie Culbert ~ Lead & Back-up Vocals

Julie, formerly with Wild Kountry, has been a member of Southern Reign since it's formation. She has taken a great interest in singing since the age of 8. Her early singing experiences included singing in the church and school choirs, as well as winning talent contests. She moved on to performing at weddings and family jamborees and even performed with her cousin Teresa Bandy (Moe Bandy's wife) in Branson, Mo. Her awesome vocals have become one of Southern Reign's signature sounds. |

Bob is the leader of the band and one of its founders. He began strumming at the early age of 10. Inspired by his father's talent, he carries on the family's musical tradition. At 14, he fronted his first band, Red Hot, and continued in various rock bands for many years. Switching to country in '94, Wild Kountry became the setting for his unique lead style. They performed at festivals, night clubs, weddings, rodeos and many other local events, including SantaCaliGon Days with recording artist Wade Hayes. In 2000, Wild Kountry disbanded. Not long after that, Bob started Southern Reign. |

Rusty has been drumming since he could pick up the sticks. He spent his grade school years playing in school talent shows and was in working bands by high school. Over the years, he has played with many local bands but has spent the last 15 years working with Bob and Julie, first in Wild Kountry and now in Southern Reign. |

Michael Malotte ~ Bass Guitar, Lead & Back-up Vocals

Mike picked up his first guitar in 1973 when his younger sister taught him a few chords. For the next 29 years, he played rock 'n roll rhythm guitar with a number of school and garage bands but never got the opportunity to get involved in a working band until he joined Southern Reign in 2002. Picking up the bass guitar in May of that year, he was the final member of the original band. |
